Un fiore di tarassaco per soffiare i desideri.
La bourrée a due tempi è un ballo pregno di significati sentimentali e amorosi, una trasposizione quasi teatrale delle dinamiche di avvicinamento e seduzione. I ballerini si avvicinano, si sfiorano e allontanano, si cercano e si evitano, senza mai toccarsi.
Il tarassaco, o dente di leone è l’oracolo della primavera. Si dice che gli amanti donassero al fiore le loro speranze e le soffiassero via per farle avverare.

A dandelion to blow your desires away.
The double time bourrée is a dance full of sentimental and romantic implications, a quasi-theatrical transposition of the dynamics of coming together and seduction. The dancers approach, graze each other and distance themselves, seek each other out and avoid each other, without ever touching.
The dandelion is the oracle of spring. It is said that lovers would pour their hopes into the flower and blow it away to make them come true.
The soundtrack, composed by Julia Kent, is a contemporary experimental bourrée based on its traditional structure.
