Chris Landreth in questo film prende spunto da un atto mancato abbastanza comune, la dimenticanza del nome di qualcuno, per analizzare i nostri processi cognitivi anche inconsci. Uno dei riferimenti parodistici che utilizza, prendendosene gioco, è un quiz popolare americano Password. Da qui il titolo del film. La tecnica in 3D è caratteristica del regista canadese che in questo modo penetra in modo impressionante nelle pieghe della nostra mente.

My latest short film with the NFB.  I use a common social gaffe – forgetting somebody’s name – as the starting point for a romp through the unconscious. Stealing generously the classic TV game show Password, the film features a wealth of animated celebrity guests, who desparately try to prompt Charles to remember his friend’s name. – Chris Landreth
